                       Las emociones son muy importantes en nuestra vida porque reflejan nuestro mundo interno, es decir, cómo nos sentimos "por dentro". Nos informan de cómo vivimos, en nuestro interior, lo que sucede a nuestro alrededor. Identificarlas y comprenderlas nos permite conocernos mejor y entender por qué nos comportamos como lo hacemos en determinadas situaciones.           En cursos anteriores teníais un buzón físico en clase pero este año ya sabéis que todo será "más digital", así que vamos a modernizarnos y a abrir un "buzón virtual".           Como ya sabéis la mayoría, será un espacio ("virtual") para que nos contéis todo eso que os pasa "por dentro" y que os cuesta identificar, comprender o gestionar.
