Hi guys... things are getting serious... this week you have to tasks to accomplish: - Verbs test: study and revise the verbs up to "send". - Writing task: write a weekly planning with arrangements (plans) for every day of the week. Las emociones son muy importantes en nuestra vida porque reflejan nuestro mundo interno, es decir, cómo nos sentimos "por dentro". Nos informan de cómo vivimos, en nuestro interior, lo que sucede a nuestro alrededor. Identificarlas y comprenderlas nos permite conocernos mejor y entender por qué nos comportamos como lo hacemos en determinadas situaciones. En cursos anteriores teníais un buzón físico en clase pero este año ya sabéis que todo será "más digital", así que vamos a modernizarnos y a abrir un "buzón virtual". Como ya sabéis la mayoría, será un espacio ("virtual") para que nos contéis todo eso que os pasa "por dentro" y que os cuesta identificar, comprender o gestionar. Last Thursday, 17th of March, we celebrated St Patrick's Day at school. We saw some videos and learnt about the origin of Ireland Big Day, the traditions around it and how it is celebrated in different parts of the world. Here we leave you the two videos in case you want to watch them again. Afterwards, fifth graders solved a really difficult crossword after doing some research on the internet and finally we made some crafting related to St Patrick and Ireland. We made an origami shamrock following this tutorial: However we modified the final result so that it looked like the one St Patrick used to explain the mistery of the Holy Trinity when he was spreading Catholicism through Ireland.
